Attention Parents and Guardians
If you need to obtain a copy of your student's Free and Reduced Priced Meals approval letter, please contact Kellie Simpson at kellie.simpson@rpsar.net. We will need you to verify your student's ID number, home address, school they attend, and parents' names.
Similarly, if you have been approved, you can obtain a copy quicker from our School Cafe website. You will need your student's ID number and an email to set up an account. Once logged in, you can view your student's approval letter under "Eligibility Info". If you do not have an approval letter, please submit an application by selecting "Apply".

Breakfast
A Reimbursable Breakfast is FREE to students at all schools during the 2023-2024 school year
Faculty/Parents/Visitors: $2.75
Lunch
A Reimbursable Lunch is available to students at all schools during the 2023-24 school year at a cost of $2.45 for elementary, $2.95 for middle schools, and $3.10 at the high schools, unless a 2023-2024 free/reduced form has been submitted and approved granting the student a free or reduced rate for lunches. Based on a “NEW” Arkansas law, families who qualify for Reduced price meals will not be charged the co-pay of $.40 cents for meals.
Faculty/Parents/Visitors: $4.75 The buffet at both high schools will be $5.00 per plate.
Adults are not allowed to charge meals.
